Luxury Resorts West has a very cohesive relationship with our sister company True Key Hotels & Resorts who offer management services on completed projects. These services include:
Owners’ Association Management: TKHR currently manages 5 owners’ associations. These associations look after the common interests of fractional owners. Each of these associations is a registered society in the province of BC. These Associations have over 1,000 owners combined. Services to these associations include administration, accounting, reporting, capital refurbishment planning and meeting all regulatory requirements.
Professional Rental Management: This includes the vacation rentals of strata titled resort condominiums. Services included in this function are sales & marketing, accounting, guest services, administration, housekeeping and repairs & maintenance.
Owners Services: Services provided to owners include check-in, check-out, concierge services, communication, repairs & maintenance and project coordination.
Strata Services: Service provided to strata’s include grounds keeping, snow clearing, pool maintenance, repairs & maintenance, painting and reporting.
